In a communications audit, I bring together information about all your public comms – including website, social media and traditional media coverage – and assess how it’s contributing towards your organisation’s goals. I then set out recommendations for improvement.

As well as having carried out communication audits and supported strategy development in a freelance capacity, I’ve created and delivered communication/campaign strategies and plans during my time at WWF Cymru. I also draw on my interviewing skills as a former ITV Wales journalist, and my facilitation and training experience.
I am bilingual (Welsh/English) and have extensive knowledge of the 3rd sector and media/political landscape in Wales.
