Make sure you and your team shine in TV and radio interviews!
Build confidence, get your message across and protect your reputation with my tailored, bilingual spokesperson training for charities and non-profit organisations in Wales.
Why do media training?

Media interviews can be challenging and nerve-racking! But appropriate training will help you feel confident and make a positive impact, as well as being able to deal with any difficult questions.
Having media-trained spokespeople for your organisation will help you harness the power of broadcast media, as well as enhancing and protecting your brand and reputation.
Why choose me?

I bring over two decades of experience in the media and communications in Wales, so you’ll be in safe hands.
I’ve worked on both sides of the fence, as a reporter for ITV Wales News and as Head of Communications for WWF Cymru.
My experience at ITV – which included a year as Health Correspondent – taught me how to deal with sensitive topics, and I know what journalists are looking for in an interview.
With extensive experience in the third sector, including as a regular TV and radio spokesperson, I also understand the practical challenges facing charities and non-profit organisations when it comes to media interviews.
I provide friendly and supportive training which builds confidence through constructive challenge. Every learner and organisation is different, so I’ll work with you to tailor the training, followed up with personalised feedback for each learner.
