Drawing on my experience as a broadcast journalist, communications manager and charity spokesperson, I’ll help you and your team feel confident and perform well on screen.

And whether it’s promoting a positive story or handling a crisis, my class will give you the skills you need to speak to journalists and get your key messages across. I aim to provide a friendly and supportive service, tailored to your needs and to learners with different levels of experience.

About Me

Richard Nosworthy

I’m an experienced media trainer, drawing on my knowledge and skills from over two decades in journalism and communications.

This includes my time as as a reporter for ITV Wales News (including as Health Correspondent) and as Head of Communications for WWF Cymru, where I was a regular media spokesperson.

I’ve run media training for clients including Electoral Commission Wales, Wales Environment Link and Fair Trade Wales.
